The lack of housing in Humboldt County is nearing crisis proportions, with projected population growth making it even more challenging to adequately house current and future Humboldt residents.

Hear from the Eureka Chamber President and CEO Donna Wright, Darus Trutna of Real Property Management Humboldt, and Gregg Foster of the Redwood Region Economic Development Commission & Fly Humboldt. Trutna speaks about the history of RPM, the importance of good property management within communities, and current rental market data based on RPM's portfolio. Gregg Foster's presentation focused on the California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport. He discussed additional flights, preparing for the influx of travelers, challenges, business opportunities, and how the airport could benefit from having an Airport Authority.
