Eureka Chamber Members and those interested in joining the Chamber are invited to the December Virtual Mixer hosted by Tri-Counties Bank. Our special guest speaker will be Meredith Maier, co-owner of Six Rivers Brewery. Not only does Maier and co-owner Talia Nachshon Clare manage the Six Rivers Brewery which produces small-batch craft beer, but they have a restaurant, support Humboldt Made gift shop, and are very involved with the brewery's giving back to the community. In 2008, Meredith and Talia bought out their third partner and became the second all woman-owned brewery in California. Meredith is the marketing guru behind the brewery's distribution growth and increased brand awareness. She'll be discussing how Six Rivers has managed and made adjustments during the ever-changing Covid regulations, and the importance of supporting local this holiday season.
As part of this Mixer, we're encouraging everyone to support local in some way during the event. Get a nice takeout or delivered dinner from a member restaurant, and celebrate with some local beer, wine, or spirits... then we can virtually share what we're having! Let's make this more than a Mixer, let's reach out and support our local businesses when they need it most, and achieve our goal of making this a true Support Local Holiday Party!!
