Calling all Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce Member Businesses! Get ready for the Chamber’s first in-person event of 2021, hosted by the Chamber and its Board member businesses. The All-Eureka Chamber Member Mixer will take place Thursday, June 17th from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at the Chamber's Business Headquarters at 612 G Street.
Space is limited, so reserve your table early. In the event there is a high demand of businesses wanting table space the Chamber has decided we will have a random selection generated. If you plan to set up a booth, we request that you please be prepared. You will be able to start setting up at 4:30 pm. You must bring your own table (we are requesting no pop-ups due to limited space) and an auction item from your business that is valued at $25 or more, which will be highlighted at the live auction. As a way to attract members to your table, we recommend you bring your business marketing materials (pens, lanyards, bags, etc.), a table curtain, signage/displays, and/or food & drink (which must be individually packaged).
Maybe you want to go above and beyond and have a live demonstration of you making your product, showing how to use your product, samples of your product, or maybe a fun activity at your table to win prizes. Be Creative! Also keep in mind whatever materials you have at your table please make sure they are secured with some kind of paperweight. We want to avoid anything flying away.
This special kick-off event will be in compliance with public health guidelines. Please enter on the G Street side. We are very excited about this event and look forward to seeing you in-person!
