You'll gain access to a network of other women leaders in our community as you leverage unique opportunities to reflect, learn, and gain insights on how to grow your leadership abilities and increase your impact.

Last year, this event sold out!

Space is limited, so secure your spot soon!

A conference designed by  women leaders for women leaders

Developed by the Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation in partnership with the Greater Eureka Chamber, RISE Advising Services, and a dynamic planning committee of local women leaders, our goals are:

Celebrate Women: Recognize and celebrate the diverse roles and contributions of women across our region

Build Community: Foster a vibrant, inclusive network for collaboration, inspiration, and mutual success

Empower Leadership: Experience and connect with local opportunities to amplify professional and personal development

What 2025 Attendees had to say:

"Thank you for doing this! I think this is so needed, especially in these times. Women coming together to support, learn from, and empower women is so necessary."

"Was an excellent experience and was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, intelligence, thoughtfulness, purpose - and to appreciate all the women who are DOING things in the community. RESPECT!"

"I was blown away by the entire thing! I haven't seen anything of this caliber in an entire day since I've been here for the last 15 years. It was on par with events I have been to nationally."
