Leadership Redwood Coast
Reckoning with our current reality and taking steps toward a resilient future requires an interdependent, regional approach led by dynamic individuals. Leadership Redwood Coast (LRC) is a five-month, six-session regional fellowship centered on empowering 30 diverse individuals throughout Del Norte, Humboldt, and Tribal Lands.
A master class on the unique issues we face as a region, LRC will equip participating fellows with the skills, relationships, and insights they need to effect innovative and equitable change in their work and communities.
Transformative leadership development, immersive experiences, and candid conversations with more than 70 leaders from across sectors will broaden participating fellows’ understanding of our region’s critical opportunities and complex challenges. LRC fellows will explore the intersection of established and emerging industries, local and regional government, education and workforce development, housing, healthcare, climate resiliency, tourism, agriculture, and more.
Launched in 2023 by the North Edge (formerly Arcata Economic Development Corporation), LRC is now a program of the Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce.
The next LRC fellowship will take place March-July 2025. Recruitment will launch in October 2024. Interested in applying? Let us know!
